Dr Glenn E. M. Maguire

Glenn Maguire completed his PhD in Physical Organic Chemistry at Queens University under the supervision in 1993. This was followed by postdoctoral studies at UCLA’s School of Chemistry and Biochemistry and then at the School of Molecular Biology and Pharmacology at the Washington University Medical School.

His research interests range from catalysis to medicinal chemistry. He took up his current post as lecturer in inorganic chemistry at the School of Chemistry and Physics in 1999. He is a co-founder and principle investigator in the Catalysis and Peptide Research Unit in the School of Health Sciences.
